Mazuecos family has been growing olive trees in Granada for generations.
In 2011 Aceites Mazuecos S.L. was created, a company specialized in the olive oil export.
In 2019, the olive oil packaging and marketing plant is inaugurated.
Analytical control
All olive oil produced is analytically controlled
by an accredited external laboratory.
Each analysis contains:
- Free acidity.
- Peroxide value.
- Absorbency in ultra-violet K270
- Fatty acid composition.
- Ethyl esters
Tasting panel
Each lot of packaging is organoleptically assessed by an accredited external test panel.
