What is EXTRA VIRGIN olive oil?
It is a natural product: Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the juice of the olive, obtained exclusively by mechanical means and of a superior category, without defects. 

Olive oil (fruity or sweet) enhances the flavor of salads and cooked dishes, including diet dishes. 

Conservation: Keep away from light and avoid changes in temperature (ideal temperature: 20 - 24ºC).
